is our most basic cracker. It was created to enhance the flavor
of any pairing.
Try it with: Affinois, St. André, salsa, hummus, dips or crumbled into soup.
Red Onion + Rosemary
A
taste of Rome where red onion and rosemary top sheets of focaccia
nine feet long!
Try it with: Fresh Goat Cheese, Fresh Ricotta, soft-ripened cheesse or dipped in olive oil.
Garlic + Basil
A
visit to the ancient city of Genoa was the inspiration for this
combination.
Try it with: Fresh Mozzarella, Shaved Parmesan, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers.
Cayenne + Cumin
We
had our first taste of cumin in Spain and the flavor still brings
us back to Seville.
Try it with: Manchego, Smoked Salmon, guacamole, salsa or fig or quince paste.
Kalamata Olive
Imagine
overlooking the Mediterranean from Santorini while sipping red
wine.
Try it with: Eggplant dip, hummus, tapenade, greek yogurt or fresh Feta cheese.
Salt + Pepper
We
sought out this special black pepper from Mount Tellicherry in
India. It adds a distinctive flavor to these crackers.
Try it with: Taleggio, Epoisses, Reblochon, tuna or mango chutney.
