In 1980 my wife, Pam, and I opened a pizzeria. It wasn’t your average slice joint – our unique flavors and secret-recipe crust garnered a devoted following, and even a feature on local TV.
Over the years we created a series of savory pies that we delivered to the growing number of Specialty Food stores in New York City.
More recently, while experimenting with our original crust, we baked a batch of crackers…that we couldn’t stop eating. We knew we had something special when Z Crackers won an award at the Fancy Food Show. Our crackers are now available across the country and we have a new package (designed by Pam), but we assure you that you are getting the same handmade product that was thirty delicious years in the making.
